INtro to Natural Movement™
Are endless burpees, plank holds and hours on the treadmill going nowhere the best way to develop fitness and conditioning? Or is there a way to increase your strength and conditioning while learning practical movements and having fun?
Over the course 4 weeks- 1 hour session each week- you'll get your heart pumping, but more importantly, you'll do so by learning practical skills that translate to more efficient and effective movements in your daily life. Born to Walk or born to run Workshop
The two hour workshop will cover the engineering marvel that is the human foot, injury-prevention exercises & strategies for runners, and what to consider when choosing footwear for running and walking.
